Flavors

Select a cake flavor and then choose what buttercream or filling you want it to go with it. These are our signature options. Classics, perfected. Other options can be discussed if you have a different favorite to be included in your tasting.

Signature Cake flavors:

  • White Vanilla Cake – A classic vanilla that doesn’t disappoint. It is soft and moist and finds harmony with most flavors. A favorite for any occasion, and a safe choice to please most guests.

  • Dark Chocolate Cake – Amazing, rich and moist cake that holds its ground when paired with anything, from a smooth and silky vanilla buttercream, to a sweet and tart raspberry buttercream.

  • Marbled Cake – A swirled masterpiece of vanilla and light chocolate that is a true people pleaser.

  • Red Velvet – Rich and soft with a moist velvety crumb that pairs great with either a cream cheese buttercream or our wonderful Swiss meringue buttercream.

 Standard Buttercreams:

  • Swiss Meringue Buttercream – A fantastic, smooth, creamy indulgence. Impossibly light. With a taste like vanilla ice cream.

  • Chocolate Buttercream – mousse like, this buttercream is so rich and smooth, it’ll be a struggle not to eat it on its own.

  • Dulce de Leche Buttercream – Milk caramel sweetness presented in a buttercream form.

  • Cream Cheese Buttercream – to marry our red velvet cake, and stable enough to be used a filling

 Premium Buttercreams:

  • Raspberry or Strawberry Buttercream – made with freeze dried berries. Infuses an extraordinary flavor. The taste of fresh fruit without the instability or additional moisture that can sacrifice texture for flavor.

  • Key Lime Buttercream – this wonderful balance of sweet and tart is packed with bright citrus flavor for a mouthful of summer.

  • Peanut Butter Buttercream – paired with our dark chocolate cake, it’s the dream of any Reese’s cups lover. The salty and sweet buttercream that opens up the next wave of chocolate flavor without taking over. A perfect balance.
