An engineer through training but an artist at heart, I first started making cakes after moving to the United States from Venezuela and starting a family.

             I originally started making cakes as a hobby that provided extra spending money, but soon found I had a talent for it that quickly turned into a passion.
       After realizing I found such joy in baking, I began the long years of experimenting and perfecting recipes and skills, with the dream that I could one day make it a job instead of a hobby. 
       I'm glad to finally get to share my passion with customers who see the value in a one of a kind piece of truly edible art.
